General Terms and Conditions
I. Introductory Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern the contractual relationship between:

Business premises address: Grafická 1, 150 00 Prague 5
(hereinafter the “Operator”)
and clients using the services of Pilates Studio Prague.
By booking a class, purchasing credit, or entering the premises, the client confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.
II. Services Provided
The Operator provides:
Classes are held exclusively under the guidance of a qualified instructor.
Opening hours are determined according to the current schedule in the booking system.
III. Booking and Participation in Classes
Bookings are made via the online booking system.
The client is required to arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts.
Entry to the exercise area is permitted only during the booked class.
In the event of late arrival, the client may not be allowed to join the class, without entitlement to compensation.
IV. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are listed in the current price list published on the website or in the booking system.
Payment may be made:
Credits and packages have a limited validity period according to the type of product.
Unused classes expire after the validity period without entitlement to compensation.
Purchased credits are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise.
V. Health Condition and Liability
The client participates in classes at their own risk.
The client is required to inform the instructor about:
The Operator is not liable for any harm caused by the client’s failure to disclose health complications or by failure to follow the instructor’s instructions.
The studio is equipped with a first aid kit.
VI. Rules of Conduct
Clean sportswear and non-slip socks are mandatory.
The following is prohibited:
The client is liable for any damage caused to the studio’s property.
The Operator is not liable for the loss of personal belongings.
VII. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions become effective on the date of publication.
The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a Class by the Client
Cancellation more than 24 hours before the class → no cancellation fee
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the class → the class is forfeited
Failure to attend the class → the class is forfeited
Cancellation is valid only if made through the booking system.
Cancellation of a Class by the Operator
The Operator reserves the right to cancel a class, especially in the following cases:

Exceptional Situations
In exceptional cases, such as hospitalization or serious health reasons, cancellation may be handled individually upon submission of supporting documentation.

For convenient and secure payment of orders, we use the payment gateway provided by Comgate, a.s.

The fastest way to pay for your order. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to the secure Comgate payment gateway, where you will enter your payment card details. The payment is confirmed immediately, allowing us to start processing your order without delay.

Payment via Internet Banking
After completing your order, you will be redirected to your internet banking, where you will confirm a pre-filled payment order. Once the payment has been successfully completed, you will be redirected back to the e-shop. The payment is usually confirmed immediately.
